Job Summary
As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional hearing care, guiding patients through evaluations, fittings, and follow-ups. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that Hearing Care for Life becomes a reality for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Hearing Care: Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and consultations, always prioritizing patient education and understanding.
- Custom Hearing Solutions: Recommend and fit appropriate hearing instruments tailored to individual needs and lifestyles.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about hearing loss, hearing treatment, and effective communication strategies.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continued counseling, follow-up care, and adjustments to ensure optimal hearing outcomes.
- Opportunity in Every Interaction: Approach each patient encounter with the goal of enhancing their hearing journey.
- Community Engagement: Participate in outreach events to promote hearing health awareness and education.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Beltone will sponsor you to obtain your Hearing Instrument Specialist License.
- Experience: Experience in the Hearing Instrument field is not necessary. Consultative Sales or Business to Business Sales Experience a Plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
