Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' hearing concerns and lifestyle needs
- Build and maintain relationships with patients by providing excellent service
- Educate patients on the effects of untreated hearing loss
- Conduct complete hearing evaluations and review results with patients
- Demonstrate the benefits of advanced hearing technology
- Program digital hearing prescriptions and explain the adjustment process
- Provide ongoing patient support through regular check-ups and annual evaluations
- Generate opportunities through outreach events
- Achieve and maintain company sales goal
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in an understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills building rapport and trust
- Strong time management skills
- Competitive nature with a strong desire to help people
Compensation
- Earning potential varies from $60,000 to $150,000 (uncapped)
- Income based on commissions and bonuses
