Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' hearing concerns and lifestyle needs
· Build and maintain relationships with patients by providing excellent service
· Educate patients on the effects of untreated hearing loss
· Conduct complete hearing evaluations and review results with patients
· Demonstrate the benefits of advanced hearing technology
· Program digital hearing prescriptions and explain the adjustment process
· Provide ongoing patient support through regular check-ups and annual evaluations
· Generate opportunities through outreach events
· Achieve and maintain company sales goal
Qualifications
· Proven sales experience
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in an understandable manner
· Strong interpersonal skills building rapport and trust
· Strong time management skills
· Competitive nature with a strong desire to help people
Compensation and Benefits:
· Earning potential varies from $75,000 to $150,000 (uncapped)
· Income based on commissions and bonuses
