Position Summary
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records within the company’s ERP system. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods and materials through the warehouse and manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing shipments
- Track and record inventory transactions accurately within the ERP system.
- Interfacing with WMS software and scan guns
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support operational goals.

- Put-away accuracy
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, or clerical operations.
- Forklift Certification required, with at least 3 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Profile
Salary range: $39,520 to $55,120
FLSA Status: Non-exempt, full-time
