WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Project management experience in commercial relocation, logistics, construction, or installation preferred.
- Experience coordinating field teams, vendors, or subcontractors.

- Leadership ability in both formal and informal settings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own full lifecycle of commercial relocation and installation projects.
- Review project scope, timelines, budgets, and contract requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation (change orders).
- Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations clearly.
- Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting systems.
- Manage project billing to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
- Collaborate with internal teams on service delivery strategies.
