Our product line ranges from all types of conveyor belting, conveying equipment and components, belting accessories, hose and fitting products, plastics, gasket, and power transmission products. Job Summary: The Network Administrator at Belt Power, LLC, will manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. This role combines traditional help desk responsibilities with advanced server and device management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations across our network, server environments, and end-user devices, while driving continuous improvement in system reliability and security. Responsibilities: End-User Support & Help DeskCollaborate with users, vendors, and management to assess and address computing needs.Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.Install and configure desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.Assist remote users with troubleshooting and technical issues.Deliver operational and project progress reports to stakeholders.System & Network AdministrationConfigure domains and servers to manage user accounts and profiles.Manage databases across multiple platforms and ensure data integrity.Oversee backup systems, security protocols, and user support tools.Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades.Server & Device ManagementPerform server backups, patching, and OS upgrades.Administer NinjaOne for endpoint management and monitoring.Install, configure, and maintain applications on end-user devices.Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.ITIL-Based Service ManagementApply ITIL practices to incident, problem, and change management processes.Maintain accurate configuration management data (CMDB) for IT assets and services.Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.Support service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.  Requirements:Proven experience in network administration, help desk support, and server management.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and macOS environments.Familiarity with ITIL framework, and service management tools.Familiarity with NinjaOne or similar RMM tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred CertificationsITIL Foundation or higherCompTIA Network Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)  Physical Demands: The Network Administrator may lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and will require manual dexterity and strength in arms and feet to manipulate equipment controls. Tools, and other items used to make adjustments and/or minor maintenance. Will use hands, arms, back, and shoulders to handle, installs, position, move items, and manipulate other objects. Could be in a sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting position for long periods of time. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the Network Administrator will be regularly exposed to working near moving and mechanical parts and equipment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position in office, shop, and at the customer site. Typical workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
