What You’ll Do
As a Production Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our operations run efficiently, safely, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
You Will
- Lead and manage daily belt shop operations, ensuring a productive and positive work environment
- Oversee fabrication, customization, and installation of conveyor belts based on customer specifications
- Prioritize and coordinate work orders, including field jobs, projects, and rush orders
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the team
- Train and mentor employees on equipment, systems, and best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to achieve department goals
- Manage inventory and consumable stock to support seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Represent Belt Power professionally at all times, including on-site customer interactions
What You Bring
We’re looking for a leader who combines technical expertise with strong people skills.
- 3 years of conveyor belt or field splicing experience
- 2 years managing teams and field operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret precise measurements
- Forklift certification
- OSHA 10 certification
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- A team-first attitude with a focus on safety and quality
