What You'll Do
As the Business Unit Leader, you will take ownership of launching and leading a new branch by:
- Establishing the branch’s commercial and growth strategy, driving revenue and EBITDA performance
- Building, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Creating and executing sales plans, goals, and individual performance targets
- Expanding market presence through new customer development and key account growth
- Partnering with marketing on lead generation and market entry strategy
- Coaching, mentoring, and training sales talent to drive long-term success
- Traveling with Territory Managers to understand customers and expand wallet share
- Acting as a culture carrier, upholding Belt Power’s values, safety standards, and professionalism

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in the belting, conveyor, or material handling industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven success in sales leadership, business development, and team management
- Strong experience developing and executing sales strategies
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial drive, accountability, and the ability to lead with urgency
- Self-starter who enjoys building structure and processes
- Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
