We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing operation with a strong emphasis on electrical systems and production equipment reliability. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, maintaining safe operations, and supporting continuous production across all shifts. We currently have two experienced team maintenance members who will be able to provide adequate training specific to our machines and systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair calendaring systems and mixing equipment used to manufacture PVC coated fabric conveyor belts, including drives, heaters, motors, bearings, pumps, tracking systems, and guarding.
- · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
- · Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- · Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- · Adjust, align, tension, and track conveyor belts to ensure proper operation
- · Replace and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, sensors, belts, rollers, and guards
- · Document maintenance activities accurately
- · Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- · Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements
- · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- · Communicate effectively with production, safety, and leadership teams
- Qualifications
· 8 Hour Shifts with opportunity for overtime
Evening/Overnight Shift Required

Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
· Experience working with conveyor systems preferred
· Electrical troubleshooting experience required
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
· Welding and fabrication experience preferred
· Plumbing experience (industrial or facility related) required
· Basic computer skills for documentation and work orders
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
