HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Belshire, a 100% employee owned, established environmental services company, is investing in a bright and talented person to help us to provide great service and technical support to our customers. The responsibilities of a Hazardous Waste Management Specialist include but are not limited to: reviewing analytical data; preparing waste profiles, client quotes, and all necessary paperwork required to perform transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste; working with project managers; serving as a client interface via email and phone; and working with drivers and field staff to ensure that projects are scheduled and completed as directed.

FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:

• 2 years of related business experience.
• College degree in Chemistry, Biology, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field of study, and/or equivalent experience.
• Resourceful self-starter who is interested in researching answers to questions from available information.
• Analytical skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Motivation and ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.

RECRUITING PROCESS:

• Select resumes will go through an initial phone interview.
• Selected applicants will be asked to do two interviews with Belshire.

PAY:

• Starting hourly rate will be $27.00 - $35.00 per hour based on your experience.
