THE OPPORTUNITY We are three managing partners currently generating a proven, ORGANIC volume of $200,000 to $250,000 in total monthly kitchen cabinet sales solely from dedicated walk-in showroom traffic. We are at capacity.
We are looking for two elite Sales Designers to step in immediately and take over this existing $2.4M to $3M annual volume. This move allows the three owners to focus entirely on driving expansion and business development.
GROWTH CATALYST: We are allocating THOUSANDS per month in new advertising spend starting now to exponentially increase lead flow. This is a chance to step into a stable, high-volume role right before the company accelerates.
This is a high-level opportunity focusing on high-margin product sales (RTA, Custom Cabinets, Tile, LVP) and sub-contracted countertop installation. This role demands A-Z accountability and strict adherence to our Sales Playbook.
THE PAY STRUCTURE (The Retroactive Accelerator) We pay for performance. Our model incentivizes high volume while maintaining a structured payout system:
- Tier 1 (Base): Up to $125,000 monthly volume = 5% Commission. (Our margin-protected base rate).
- Tier 2 (Accelerator): Volume between $125,001 and $199,999 = 10% Commission (applied to the volume above $125k).
- Tier 3 (Power Tier): $200,000 and Above = 10% Commission on the TOTAL monthly volume (Retroactive Payout).
Example: Sell $250,000 in a month -> Your take-home commission is $25,000. Note: A $3,000 fixed monthly recoverable draw is available as an advance.
WHO YOU ARE (Process and Accountability) You are a closer who thrives in a structured, high-stakes environment where process integrity is non-negotiable.
- Process-Driven: You understand that commission is earned only after final payment (M4) is collected and you prioritize the 100% complete Handoff Packet required by our operations team.
- The Closer: You are responsible for mandatory follow-up (Day 1, 3, and 7) on all quotes and securing your $100 5-Star Review bonuses.
- A Designer/Hunter: You maximize contract value by cross-selling high-margin accessories like Tile, LVP flooring, and premium cabinet features.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years in Kitchen/Bath design and sales.
- Proven track record of selling $1M annually (be prepared to discuss your metrics).
- Proficiency in design software (2020 Design)
- Available to work showroom hours, including Saturdays.
