Key Responsibilities:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $49,000 to $52,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- Interest in K-12 education
- Prior experience using Incident IQ is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively address technical issues and interact with end-users.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
