About the Role:
We’re looking for a Baker who is dependable, focused, and takes pride in doing things well.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on production role where consistency and attention to detail matter every single day. You’ll be part of the team responsible for creating thousands of cheesecakes that go out to customers across the country.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and bake cheesecakes from scratch
- Follow recipes with precision and consistency
- Manage oven timing and batch flow
- Assist with prep work (measuring, mixing, scaling ingredients)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Uphold our quality standards in every product

- Baking or kitchen experience preferred
