Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | W-2 Employee | In-Home and Telehealth Services
Pay: $21–$25 per hour (based on experience and certification level)

About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Level 2, you will deliver 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy in the client’s home or via telehealth.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA.
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions.
- Communicate progress and observations with the supervising BCBA.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing supervision.
- Assist in developing and refining treatment materials.
- Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification from the BACB (required).
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience (preferred).
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, kneel, and engage in active play.
- Must pass a background check and maintain CPR certification.
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling (daytime, after-school, or early evening hours).
- Full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time (10–25 hours/week) available.
