Beloit Health System is adding to our team in our Medical/Surgical Unit with immediate openings for a Registered Nurses at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

In this position the Registered Nurse will provide primary nursing care for patients in our fast-paced medical surgical department. Duties include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery from a variety of medical or surgical conditions, administering intermittent and continuous IV medications and monitoring condition changes to optimize patient recovery, and accurately documenting in the EMR.

Requirements:

• RN ADN required; BSN preferred

• Experience is helpful, but not required

• BLS Certification within 3 months of hire

• ACLS and NIHSS within one year of hire

• Telemetry experience is helpful
