Beloit Health System is looking for a dynamic, experienced CT Tech to join our team in this advanced level CT position.
This position will:
- Be responsible for the daily operations of the CT department
- Ensure provision of high-quality services and compliance within the department
- Perform the full array of CT procedures
- Provide input on operating budges and capital needs
- Oversee quality assurance and safety programs within areas of responsibility
- Make independent judgments on a daily basis
- Work with the RSO, Imaging Leadership, physicists with the management and control of CT protocols, Radiation Dose, PMs, and ACR Accreditation
- Attend Health System Committee meetings, as assigned
- Take responsibility for image quality, patient care, safety, sterile technique
- Assist with staff scheduling
- Provide education for staff and students
- Participate in other necessary activities in support of departmental operations
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiography program
- ARRT certification
- WI and IL Radiology Technologist licenses
- Advanced registration in CT
- CPR certification at hire or within 90 days
Preferred:
- 5 or more years' experience as a CT Technologist (3 years' in a hospital setting preferred)
Salary : $5 - $10
