We are hiring a Machine Attendant to support paper machine operations in a manufacturing environment. This role assists the production team with material handling, machine support, and packaging to ensure customer specifications are met. **Regular Work Schedule: Monday thru Saturday on weekly rotating shifts of: 7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM, 11PM - 7AM. **
Responsibilities
- Remove, stack, weigh, bundle, and package paperboard sheets
- Transport pallets/skids manually and with equipment
- Assist with machine operations and setup
- Load waste and broke materials into carts
- Operate forklift, banding machines, pallet inverter, and scales
- Follow safety rules and production instructions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–12 hours
- Strong attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail
