Responsibilities
- Serve as a key support contact for assigned client accounts.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor account performance, gather data, and help identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and account updates.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure they receive exceptional service from day one.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Account Management team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
