We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Communications Coordinator** to support the development and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring consistent messaging, maintaining brand voice, and fostering engagement across all channels.

**Responsibilities**

• Coordinate and implement communication strategies aligned with company objectives
• Draft, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, press releases, presentations, and internal updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and initiatives
• Maintain and update internal documentation, FAQs, and communication templates
• Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and employee engagement activities

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a communications role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication tools (e.g., internal messaging platforms, email marketing software)
