Payment Resolution Specialist are responsible for credit card operations management, including the administration, coordination, and management of routine and ad hoc operational activities.
- Maintain the queues for Credit Card Processing-Retail, Flash, Issues
- Evaluate orders for the possibility of fraud or chargeback probability utilizing our fraud software
- Help customer service and sales department with payment issues
- Investigate/correct payment errors within our software
- Aid customers with credit card issues
- Issue credit card and PayPal refunds
- Research credit card and PayPal disputes and build cases to recover funds
- Provide the supporting documentation for chargeback representment

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, order fulfillment or E-Commerce.
- Ability to take ownership of customer complaints, resolve conflicts and manage their expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to utilize up to three screens at one time.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve complex customer situations in an effective manner.
