The Regional Director partners closely with Executive Directors and community leadership teams to navigate complex employee situations, ensure consistent application of employment policies, strengthen HR practices, and foster positive workplace cultures.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Executive Directors and community leadership teams across multiple locations
- Lead employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and resolution of complex employee concerns
- Review and approve corrective actions and involuntary terminations to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance
- Provide guidance on employment law, HR compliance, workers' compensation, and risk mitigation
- Train, coach, and support community HR professionals and leaders on HR best practices and company policies
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with payroll, HR processes, and regulatory requirements
- Support communities during HR vacancies, leadership transitions, and organizational changes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or other multi-site environments
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, workplace investigations, employment law, and HR compliance
- Experience coaching leaders and managing complex employee situations
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across all levels of an organization
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Ability to travel regularly including overnight stays within the assigned region
