As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. Your Typical Responsibilities
- Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
- Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
- Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
- Assist with package delivery within the community as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and work
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
