Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:00pmABOUT THE ROLEAs a Housekeeper at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will perform multi-functional duties related to the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices and common areas of the community. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments and bathrooms including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and spot-cleaning carpetsCollect, wash, fold and return resident laundry items to appropriate resident timelyPick up and properly dispose of resident trash, remove waste, replace trash can linersCommunicates respectfully and professionally with residents and guestsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of administrative offices, hallways, and common spaces including dusting, vacuuming, and spot-cleaning carpetsThoroughly clean and sanitize common area bathrooms, restock supplies and ensure a fresh and tidy appearanceRegularly empty trash and replace trashcan liners throughout the communityMake hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interactionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 6 months of experience as a Housekeeper in hotels or comparable settingAbility to organize and prioritize work independently and efficientlyMust be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written EnglishAbility to work assigned shifts which may include early morning, weekends and holidays Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitudeConsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the communityAll offers of employment are conditional based on the successful completion of a State and Federal criminal background check, drug screen, job related physical and TB test.
