We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance/Restorative Nurse to join our team.

Requirements:
- Must be a board certified RN in Kentucky
- Have a minimum of 3 years in a LTC environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors all aspects of the Restorative Nursing Program on an on-going basis.
- Must have the willingness to work with physically, emotionally, and cognitively compromised patients.
- Establish and maintain outcomes-based monitoring systems for identified problems/indicators.
- Coordinates, develops, and monitors the effects of corrective action plans for QAPIs.
- Be knowledgeable in data collection, data analysis methodology, and performance improvement
methods needed to support and lead QAPI - Must have attention to detail, great communication skills, and have a data-driven mentality.
