Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing a USDA Rural Development (RD) property is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of RD compliance regulations, certifications, and forms (e.g., 3560, MINC submissions)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in affordable housing a plus)
- Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience using Yardi Breeze or other property management software preferred
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
