Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Sherrodsville, OH. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing routine maintenance, conducting repairs, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and managing maintenance staff and contractors. Additional responsibilities include ensuring equipment functionality, analyzing maintenance procedures for efficiency, and ensuring the properties are in compliance with safety and health standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and contractors.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair processes.
- Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management to optimize operations and prevent costly repairs.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols in property maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience in property or facilities maintenance management preferred.
