Our team is led by an amazing, gentle, and truly caring doctor, supported by a fun, compassionate, and patient-focused staff.
We are seeking a high-energy Administrative Assistant / Practice Ambassador who will be the friendly voice and face of our practice, and play a key role in growing our patient community.
Your Role
This position goes beyond answering phones—you are the ambassador of our practice, responsible for creating an engaging, full-service new patient experience from the initial call through in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for pediatric, teen, and adult patients
- Create an engaging and seamless new patient intake experience (phone to in-person)
- Welcome and assist patients and families with enthusiasm and care
- Educate and “sell” new patients on our practice, our philosophy, and our exceptional doctor and team
- Clearly communicate services, scheduling options, and next steps
- Maintain accurate schedules and patient records
- Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction

- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with strangers
- High energy, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for customer service and making patients feel valued
- Confidence in presenting the practice and answering patient questions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Front desk, administrative, sales, hospitality, or dental experience preferred
- Pediatric or orthodontic experience is a plus—but not required

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
