What You’ll Do:
As our Administrative & Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of daily office operations. You will greet visitors, manage phone calls, return messages, and ensure clear communication with residents and clients in both English and Spanish. You will also handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning and filing documents, scheduling meetings, and supporting general office projects.
You will manage mail and packages, track and order supplies, submit maintenance requests, and occasionally run local errands. You will also help maintain a positive office culture by coordinating team meals, special occasion treats, and other team-related activities. Your work will ensure the office runs efficiently and that both residents and staff have the support they need.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Speaking)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar applications
- Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred: Prior office or administrative experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
