What are the responsibilities and job description for the County Office Administrator position at Belmont County Farm Bureau?
We are looking for an awesome person to join our team as a County Office Administrator in Barnesville!Belmont County Farm Bureau, in partnership with Guernsey, Monroe and Noble County Farm Bureaus, is seeking a highly organized, efficient and dependable candidate to provide office administrative services for board members, volunteers and the organization directors.
The ideal candidate will possess proficient computer skills, excellent customer service, be willing to complete membership marketing calls, be a team player and able to handle multiple tasks and complex projects. Must have a high school diploma and experience with Microsoft Office, social media, and basic web updating.An ideal candidate would have knowledge of QuickBooks Online and managing financial documentation. Additional responsibilities as needed include sending correspondence through bulk mailings and email.
The candidate will also be in charge of managing and maintaining the Barnesville office. Training will be provided for Farm Bureau specific software. Preferred candidates would have interest and familiarity in agriculture and a membership organization.
