Position Highlights
Belmont Capital Advisors is seeking a Client Relationship Advisor who will be a key team member in our diamond team structure supporting the lead advisor. This individual will be responsible for executing the operational processes for client servicing within the lead advisor’s book of business. You will also play a critical role in supporting the diamond team in a variety of tasks. Principle Duties & Responsibilities
· Join the lead advisor in meetings to document and follow through on meeting tasks with the intent to own the existing client service experience for lead advisor
· Coordinate day-to-day activities of dedicated client base and ensure client needs are being met and that BCA services are properly delivered
· Serve as point of contact for all portfolio-related questions (e.g., cash availability, money transfers, reporting concerns)
· Research & build relationships in client meetings & debriefs
· Ensure that data is accurately entered & managed within the company’s CRM
· Ability to measure the business & submit weekly progress reports
· Maintain compliance documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
· FINRA Series 65 required. CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation preferred
· 5 years client facing experience required

· Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
· Effective time management skills. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Highly refined analytical and human relations skills
· Must be self-motivated with a good work ethic, and have demonstrated the discipline to work independently
· Ability to excel in a competitive, team-oriented environment
· Advanced verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Problem solving skills, resourceful and effective in making decisions
MUST BE LICENSED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
· Series 65 or equivalent
· NC Life License
