Position Summary
We are seeking passionate, collaborative, and student-centered teachers across multiple content areas to join our expanding team. Teachers at NOA deliver individualized, standards-based instruction while actively supporting students’ social-emotional and behavioral growth. They play a central role in maintaining IEP compliance, engaging students through experiential learning, and building a safe, structured classroom environment.

Instruction & Planning
- Design and implement engaging, standards-aligned lessons using the Gradual Release of Responsibility model.
- Assess and track academic progress regularly; provide timely, actionable feedback.
- Support IEP development, documentation, and compliance in partnership with the Special Education Team.
- Integrate therapeutic and academic strategies to meet each student's unique needs.
Qualifications
Required:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
- Active Pennsylvania Teacher Certification in Content Area of Need (or willingness to pursue if eligible)
