We’re hiring a Residential Design Build Project Manager for our Loveland, CO location.
Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee project execution from start to finish. Collaborate closely with the Design Sales Manager and construction crews to ensure projects meet the highest quality standards, on schedule, and within budget. Your expertise in project management and landscaping will bring our clients’ outdoor visions to life.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee multiple large-scale residential projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality goals are met.
- Manage job-site safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct field layout and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Read blueprints and visualize efficient construction methods.
- Manage project budgets, scheduling, crew organization, and subcontractor coordination.
- Utilize creative construction means and methods to achieve desired results.
- Order materials and schedule material deliveries to job sites.
- Cultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns or issues.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to Foremen and Crew Leaders.
- 60/40 Field/Office Time Split
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Minimum of three years of relevant project management experience in landscape, site, or construction environments.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling programs, and project management tools.
- Ambitious and dedicated to advancing the landscape profession.
- Light estimation skills a plus.
- Bilingual a plus.

Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000 DOE Performance Bonus
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
