POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for order fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurate shipments for our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Fill orders as written in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions
Verify details of the order are correct
Assemble, package and ship products to customers
Coordinate with team counterparts in the Customer Experience Center to provide superior service to clientele in regard to turn around time and additional customer expectations
Assist with inventory management
Assist with interdepartmental communication
Abide by all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to job title.
