The Customer Experience Pharmacist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring optimal patient care in a supportive environment. This position involves handling high volume phone inquiries, providing counseling to patients and prescribers, and supporting Belmar Pharma Solutions’ mission.
Responsibilities
- Interpret prescription orders and accurately input them into the computer system
- Advise patients and doctors on our products
- Verify compounding formulas and update lot and expiration dates
- Perform final check on all prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supervise technicians to optimize workflow and patient care
- Perform initial interpretation of prescriptions
- Very that prescription was entered into the computer against the hard copy
- Accept verbal orders from voice mail, IVR, and direct phone contacts
- Answer phones as needed
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to all state and federal laws
- Perform duties in various physical positions (e.g., sitting, standing, reaching) for extended periods
- Handle chemicals used in compounding with appropriate safety measures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in team-oriented, fast-paced environment?
- Proficient in math with a strong work ethic?
- Preferred experience with compounding, manufacturing environments, and federally regulated facilities
- Background in chemistry and technical writing skills for Standard Operating Procedures preferred
Salary : $125,600 - $139,900
