We are currently recruiting for an Amazon E‑Commerce Content Coordinator in NYC (midtown) for a growing and successful consumer products company. This is a contract role through the end of the year with the possibility of temp to perm. Hybrid schedule in-office 2 days – remote 3 days. $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly Rate

The Amazon E‑Commerce Content Coordinator will own and elevate product setup, on‑site merchandising, and customer experience across the world’s largest marketplace. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure every Amazon detail page is accurate, compelling, and fully optimized delivering a best‑in‑class shopping experience.

You’ll shape the online presence of six growing brands, partnering cross‑functionally to blend copywriting, SEO, marketing insights, and data‑driven strategy into listings that stand out. From titles and images to enhanced A content, you’ll be the specialist ensuring every page reflects brand standards, drives conversions, and outperforms the competition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & Optimize Amazon Product Listings: Create, update, and refine product listings in Vendor Central, ensuring accuracy across all data submissions.
• Detail Page Ownership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to manage product attributes, pricing, categorization, and SEO for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Customer Experience Accuracy: Ensure all detail pages including variations, attributes, and enhanced content are complete, consistent, and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Excel Template Creation: Build and maintain spreadsheets for bulk uploads, reporting, and ongoing data management.
• Marketplace Communication & Insights: Stay current on Amazon trends, policies, and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the Amazon team.
• Item Setup: Partner with the Amazon e‑commerce team to set up new items in Vendor Central with precise attention to attributes, costing, and content.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with account managers, marketing, and SEO specialists to troubleshoot issues, track launch timelines, and escalate delays.
• Case Management: Oversee and track all Amazon support cases related to variations, 3P takeovers, incorrect content, data errors, and other listing challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and web‑based applications
• 1 years in e‑commerce support, product content, or data entry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering)
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or Vendor Central
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic graphic design or image editing experience is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and content accuracy
• Understanding of SEO and ability to create search‑optimized titles and descriptions
