Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Philadelphia, PA. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure the timely and successful completion of home renovation and remodeling projects. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, supervising quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with all design, structural, and client specifications. The selected candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth communications and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee renovation and construction projects efficiently
- Experience in expediting and logistics management to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with construction and engineering standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Understanding of construction processes and knowledge of local building regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related fields is preferred
- Previous experience in the home renovation or design-build industry is highly desirable
