Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we’re hiring an experienced in-office Permit Coordinator to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is a full time, hybrid remote/office based position supporting residential and light commercial installation work.
This is a steady, full time role with consistent work year round and strong earning potential based on experience.
About the Role
As a Permit Coordinator at Bellows, you’ll manage the permitting process for projects across the North Bay. You’ll work closely with internal teams and city and county agencies to ensure permits are submitted accurately and on time, while proactively identifying requirements and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule.

What You’ll Do
• Submit permits to city and county agencies in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor all upcoming and in progress projects to ensure permit timelines are met
• Communicate with city and county offices to track status and resolve issues
• Work closely with internal teams to gather required documentation
• Use internal systems, reports, and dashboards to manage workflow and pipeline
• Identify potential roadblocks and proactively work toward solutions
• Maintain accurate records in a paperless environment using business software
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in permit coordination or administrative project support preferred
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Strong aptitude for learning and using business software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Customer service experience preferred
• General understanding of construction, HVAC, or plumbing industry preferred

Salary : $26 - $32
