Estimated Annual Earnings: $95,000 – $250,000 (Commission)

The Role
- Close the Deal: Profitably sell high-ticket HVAC equipment and whole-home electrification solutions.
- Technical Support: Perform load calculations (Manual J/S/D) and job site evaluations to ensure perfect equipment sizing (we will train the right salesperson on this!).
- Navigate the "Incentive Stack": Expertly guide customers through the 2026 rebate landscape, maximizing their savings as programs become available.
- Project Management: Process all job paperwork, including permits and utility rebate filings, to ensure a seamless "white-glove" experience for the customer.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with our elite install teams to ensure the project you sold is delivered exactly as promised.
Position Requirements
- The "Closer" Mentality: Minimum 3 years of success in HVAC, solar, or high-end construction sales. You must be comfortable with "big-ticket" residential sales.
- Results-Oriented: We expect results out of the gate. If you have a proven track record of $2M in annual residential sales, you belong here.
- Technical Aptitude: Knowledge of HVAC design, venting, and piping. BPI Certification is a major plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Professional proficiency with ServiceTitan (or similar dispatch software) and iPads is required.
- Credentialing: Valid Driver’s License and a clean record are mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to present complex mechanical solutions in a simple, dignified way to homeowners.
