BFA Fairfax Evening Custodian -Part time

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Temporary Evening Custodian. Hours are 2pm to 10:30pm, 5 days a week/M-F. This position will run through the month of November and longer for the right candidate. Ideal candidates will take pride in their work, show strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment during evening hours. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine sanitation and deep-cleaning tasks throughout school facilities Clean and disinfect classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets Assist with minor facility upkeep and report maintenance issues Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Qualifications: Experience in sanitation or professional cleaning required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and efficiently Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 40 lbs as needed Training available for the right candidate This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who values creating a clean, safe environment and enjoys contributing to a positive school community.
