The Bellows for Maine campaign is seeking talented, hard-working, and organized Campaign Manager for the OPEN ME Gubernatorial race this cycle.

Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager will be tasked with overseeing every aspect of the race for Governor on the ground through 2026.
In partnership with relevant consultants, advisors and team members, the Campaign Manager will develop, implement, and manage the campaign plan.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire and manage a full campaign staff including communications, field and finance teams.
- Draft and execute a strategic plan for the campaign in consultation with the candidate, team leads, advisors and consultants.
- Manage every aspect of day to day campaign operations
- Manage digital, media and mail consultant teams including contractual agreements and deliverables
- Manage the budget and cash flow
- Manage political outreach and endorsement strategy
- Staff candidate as required
- Responsible for all strategic and tactical decisions
- Perform all other campaign duties as required
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have at least one cycle as a Campaign Manager or two cycles as a Senior or Junior level campaign staffer in a race of similar size, scope and budget.
- Candidates with significant experience managing staff are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience with budgeting, cashflow, scheduling, fundraising, communications, organizing, political outreach, and consultant management of paid communications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, NGPVAN, Numero, or other similar donor database experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
