We’re looking for a Casino Manager who can take full ownership of the online casino product — from shaping strategy to driving day-to-day operations. If you thrive at the intersection of product, operations, and customer experience, this role is for you.
\n- End-to-End Casino Product Ownership
- Manage the full lifecycle of the casino offering across the United States and Canada.
- Identify and integrate the right content aggregators and suppliers for each market.
- Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
- Casino Operations & Promotions
- Build and execute promotions, CRM campaigns, and player bonusing strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Partner with marketing to align casino offerings with brand strategy.
- Product Experience (UI/UX)
- Own the casino lobby, game presentation, and user flows.
- Provide feedback and direction to design and engineering teams to continuously improve player experience.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a best-in-class product.
- Performance & Insights
- Track KPIs across acquisition, retention, revenue, and game performance.
- Generate actionable insights and report to leadership on business health and opportunities.
- Conduct regular market and player analysis to inform strategy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on online casino within the organization.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
- 4 years of experience in online casino management, operations, or product roles.
- Strong understanding of casino content providers, aggregators, and platform integrations.
- Proven track record of running promotions, CRM, and bonusing programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Passion for gaming and creating exceptional player experiences.
- Experience working in regulated gaming markets.
- Familiarity with poker and cross-sell strategies between casino and poker.
- Previous work in subscription or membership-based gaming models.
