Duties
- Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to prepare for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support during busy service periods.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to food safety protocols and restaurant standards.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling or preparation tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operation flow.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay orders accurately.
- Uphold guest service excellence by engaging politely with guests, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a positive dining atmosphere.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
