Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Wine Sales Representative located in Philadelphia, PA, with the flexibility to work some days from home. The Wine Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and acquiring new accounts, promoting wine selections to customers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include an in-depth understanding of wines, providing excellent customer service, and representing the company at industry events or tastings as required.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Wine Sales and knowledge of the Wine & Spirits Industry
- Familiarity with the Beverage Industry and demonstrated ability to navigate sales processes
- Strong Customer Service and Relationship-Building skills
- Proven ability to achieve Sales goals and grow client networks
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, in both in-office and remote settings
- Previous experience in wine sales or certifications such as WSET or other wine education qualifications are a bonus
