Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Program Director in Glen Burnie, MD. The Program Director will oversee daily operations of programs, provide direct supervision to staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include coordinating individualized care plans, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, managing budgets, and training team members. The role will also involve fostering community connections and ensuring the well-being and independence of individuals served.
