Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Program Director in Glen Burnie, MD. The Program Director will oversee daily operations of programs, provide direct supervision to staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include coordinating individualized care plans, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, managing budgets, and training team members. The role will also involve fostering community connections and ensuring the well-being and independence of individuals served.

Qualifications

• Program management and leadership skills, including the ability to oversee operations and supervise a professional team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff, individuals receiving services, and their families.
• Experience in creating and implementing individualized care plans and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Budget and resource management skills to ensure program efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
• Familiarity with community-based services and support programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for making a positive impact on individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
