Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and service history.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
- Ability to build, plumb, and install various types of HVAC equipment.
- Familiarity with equipment repair techniques related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van/truck for transportation to job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Certification or training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.
