Bello Casa is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician Interior/ Exterior Carpenter to join our team in the Toms River area of Ocean County, NJ. We provide maintenance & carpentry services to community associations and commercial buildings throughout the State.

Job duties include:
- Repairs to roofing & siding
- Windows & door repair and installation
- Exterior trim (PVC, aluminum fascia, etc.)
- Gutter cleaning & repairs
- Minor masonry (crack fill, skim coat, etc.).
- Interior trim, drywall & paint
- Looking for someone who excels in finish carpentry
- Minor electrical (lighting)
Responsibilities
- Receive, complete, and log email work orders daily
- Must have valid driver's license
- Provide personal hand tools (large-scale tools provided)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
