Final Technician
Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Final Technician to join our high-performing Assembly Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and have a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll complete finished cabinets by installing drawers and doors, performing final quality checks, and making minor touch-ups when needed—working with precision to ensure each cabinet meets Bellmont’s quality standards and is ready to move forward without rework.

What You’ll Do
- Install drawers and doors on finished cabinets, completing the final assembly process.
- Perform final quality inspections to ensure cabinets meet Bellmont’s quality standards before wrapping and shipment.
- Identify imperfections and perform minor repairs or touch-ups as needed.
- Take ownership of the final appearance and functionality of each cabinet, knowing your work is the last step before it reaches the customer.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall assembly quality.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and product integrity.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
- Assist other areas or departments as needed to support overall production goals.
Qualifications:
What You Bring
- Prior assembly or quality control experience, ideally in cabinetry, furniture, or a manufacturing environment, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We’re committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Familiar with basic measurements and able to use a tape measure accurately.
- Willingness and ability to safely operate production machinery and equipment.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
- Comfortable reading production schedules and job cards.
- A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
