Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Jackson, OH. The Production Supervisor oversees day-to-day plant operations on the production floor, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, assigning work, monitoring line performance, and coordinating resources to meet daily production targets. The role leads, coaches, and develops production team members, supports training, and promotes a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability. The Production Supervisor also collaborates with maintenance, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve issues, reduce downtime, maintain regulatory and food safety compliance, and improve processes.

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, coaching, delegation, and performance management.
- Experience with production schedules and production planning, including labor and resource allocation to meet demand.
- Background in production management, with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clear direction to production staff.
- Experience in food manufacturing or a similar high-volume, regulated environment preferred.
- Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Operations, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed to support operations.
