Role Descriptions: We are recruiting for multiple full-time, on-site opportunities at Bellisio Foods in Jackson, Ohio. Depending on the position, team members may be involved in production operations, quality assurance, logistics, maintenance, or general plant and warehouse activities that support daily food manufacturing and distribution. Typical responsibilities can include operating equipment, following food safety and sanitation procedures, monitoring product quality, handling materials and inventory, sanitizing equipment, and completing documentation accurately. Team members work closely with supervisors and coworkers to meet production schedules, follow established safety protocols, and help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to follow written procedures, safety guidelines, and production instructions.
- Candidates should possess practical skills for working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, such as operating equipment, handling materials, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and reliability, including following food safety, quality, and sanitation standards consistently.
- Candidates should possess effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse colleagues and respond constructively to feedback.
- Candidates should possess the physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights as required by the role, and work in a fast-paced production setting with appropriate breaks and safety support.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations is beneficial but not always required; willingness to learn and adapt to training is highly valued.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional technical or vocational training related to manufacturing, maintenance, or quality is an advantage.
- Commitment to workplace safety, dependability in attendance, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements is essential.
