What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fireworks Stand Operating Group position at Bellino Fireworks?
Bellino Fireworks needs groups to work our tents this summer!
We guarantee the Group $5,500 or 15% of the Net Sales, whichever is greater:
For example, if the fireworks tent would NET $60,000 in sales, your organization would make $9,000.00.
There is ZERO out of pocket expenses to the group, Bellino Fireworks pays all permit fees and requirements by the City and State.
The group will need an adult tent manager, he/she will be responsible for making daily deposits and scheduling the staff for each day.
The manager is responsible for paying, out of the commission, any employees if he/she hires.
A large group of volunteers is a great way for a non-profit organization to raise funds.
The tent manager must attend our training class June 17th, 2022, in Papillion, NE.
The group needs plenty of staff to unload the trailer and all contents. 8-10 people on day 1 (4 to 5 hours) to setup the retail operation. The 2 hardest days are set-up and tear down.
The opening dates are tentative depending on location.
June 24th –Setup, 8-10 people makes this easiest.
June 25th - Open for Sales, 3-4 people at all times
July 1st - 4th at least 4-10 people on staff.
July 4th closing, again, at least 8-10 to close stand this includes taking inventory, re-boxing remaining merchandise, loading trailer with inventory, tables, fence, etc. (4-5 hours)
The tent will always need someone overnight, during overnights it is a great time to re-stock, straighten tables and clean up anything necessary.
